ABOUT PSSAM

The Public Schools Superintendents' Association of Maryland (PSSAM) is a non-profit, membership organization representing Maryland’s 24 local superintendents. PSSAM advocates at the local, state, and federal levels to support the highest quality public education.

 

We provide leadership training and collaboration opportunities for current and aspiring superintendents. PSSAM works with many partners, especially with our local boards of education and county/city governments to ensure equity and excellence in education for Maryland's 890,000 public school students.
